FEASIBILITY STUDY AND DESIGN
Hicks Pension has specialized in qualified plan administration since 1968 in California and since 1978 in Hawaii. We administer qualified retirement plans including Defined Benefit Pension, Money Purchase Pension, Prevailing Wage/Davis Bacon, 401-(k) Salary Reduction and Profit Sharing Plans. With offices in California and Hawaii, Hicks Pension Group administers thousands of plans throughout the western United States. We have among our clients: Law Firms, Accounting Firms, Medical Corporations, Banks, Savings and Loans Associations, Hotels, Trade Associations, Contractors, Agricultural Corporations and many other businesses.
The first step to establishing a new plan or reviewing an existing plan is the Feasibility and Design. The following initial services are typically provided free of charge:
* Collection of data concerning the company, it's employees and existing retirement programs.
* Actuarial analysis of employee data to estimate costs under various pension, 401(k), and/or profit sharing plans.
* Testing of allocations under various formuale to maximize the tax advantages to both the Employer and Employee.
* Design of Plan and Trust to meet the specific requirements of the Employer including such factors as eligiblity requirements, vesting schedules, benefit formulas, early and late retirement benefits, and death and disability benefits.
* Working with your financial advisor to determination appropriate investment and / or insurance programs.
* Conferences with company officials and their advisorts to discuss recommendations.
